We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service, from the efficient room service to the friendly and helpful staff. We were impressed with the range of amenities offered, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. It truly enhanced our comfort and convenience throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

This hotel has a great location right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants. the staff are generally polite and helpful, especially when arranging excursions. the breakfast is good with a decent selection of options to choose from.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms is a major issue, making for uncomfortably hot temperatures, especially during the summer months.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. We loved the location in the city center, just in the center of all the action. It made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, and we were able to find plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the free and secured parking available at this hotel, which was a relief for us as we were interested in knowing how all the people with flights got to the airport.

Great location near the lake and mountains. the breakfast was good, plenty of pastries and fruits available. the room was cozy and warm with a nice view of the surrounding area.
The staff didn't speak much English, making it hard to communicate. We felt that the prices for the room and meals were quite high, compared to other options in the area.

The hotel offered a wide range of delicious breakfast options and had an excellent housekeeping service. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel had a stunning view of the lake from the rooms.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The noise isolation was also poor, as we could hear all the commotion in the hallway and other rooms.
